Alex from Mr. Plumber & Water Conditioning was fantastic to work with. I had another plumbing company come out to look at a water flow issue and they started recommending several different services that were going to cost quite a bit of money. I decided to get a second opinion and called Alex. He came out, quickly diagnosed the real issue, and had it resolved within minutes. What impressed me the most was his honesty and integrity. Instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work, he focused on fixing the actual problem and charged a very small fraction of what the other company was proposing. Alex is phenomenal. I had a leak in our shower that required him to cut through our ceiling. He was able to fix our leak and kept our space very clean throughout the process. After calling multiple different plumbing companies, we stumbled upon Mr. Plumber. His rates were very fair priced. He installed a water softener which our home was in desperate need of. We had an emergency on a Friday night after business hours.Our shower valve had broken and the water would not shut off.
